2019-nCoV update

I updated statistics daily as the situation developped in February and stopped as coverage by country became available in March.

The propagation speed slowed reassuringly down until 11 Feb, where new information came to light. Then again it slowed down in China but suddenly emerged with quick spread in Europe at the beginning of March.

We added the infection numbers history in other countries as more data is now available.
